SECTION 1: OVERVIEW
- What information we collect from or about you when you visit the Site
- How we use the information
- How we share the information
- What choices you have about the collection and use of your information
- How we secure and safeguard your information
Depending on how you use the Site, we collect three types of information about you:
- Information you submit to receive a specific product or service
- Information on how you interact with the Site (automatically generated)
- Information from 3rd party websites or services
SECTION 2: WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you purchase a product or service from the Site, we will collect and submit information such as your name, address, credit card information, phone number and email address to process the order. The payment system will also collect information about the transaction, such as date and amount paid. All transactions use the most current security technology (256 bit SSL encryption) to keep your information safe. We do not store your credit card data on our site in any format, even encrypted.
We may offer you a choice of becoming a member of our Site or of a specific service we offer. We call this signing up for an account. When creating an account, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, username, password, mailing address and email address. Sometimes this is as simple as providing an email address to receive special offers or newsletters. In submitting this information, you agree that we may use it to send you information about our Site, including special offers or other marketing purposes. We value your trust and NEVER share your information with direct marketing companies! You may opt-out of our emails at any time by following the opt-out link provided on every marketing email. When opted-out, we may still send you non-marketing emails as necessary regarding your account and our business dealings with you.
IP Address and Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Site, we automatically receive and record information from your web browser, including your IP address and possible cookie information. The Site automatically collects usage data as a standard business practice in order to better optimize its websites, apps and other offerings and to create a better customer experience. If we offer an App, we may collect information about the App usage, including the mobile device ID, location, type, operating system (OS), activities within the App and length of time spent in the App.
Cookies and Device Technology
In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons to log information. A web beacon is a digital image (typically 1 pixel x 1 pixel) we may use to manage cookies, count visits, or determine the success of our marketing efforts. We use them on our web pages and in our emails – for example, to tell us whether you open or act on particular emails.
Tracking Pixels are graphic images (typically 1 pixel x 1 pixel) placed on webpages or emails to allow for the collection of usage data concerning the pages or emails on which they are placed. We may use 3rd party ad servers to support tracking pixels and cookies and to determine the effectiveness of emails and other marketing efforts.
In accordance with California legislation (A.B. 370), our practice regarding Do Not Track signals is as follows: We do not alter our data collection or use practices when we see Do Not Track signals.

We may serve ads and allow 3rd party ads on our Site, including targeted ads from 3rd party ad networks that include 3rd party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. Ads are typically targeted to users who fit a specific profile description and may be based on anonymized information inferred from information you provide to us, service usage patterns, or your activity on a 3rd party website.
You must be at least 18 years of age to visit and use the Site. RandyRowley.com does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person that is under the age of 18. If we are alerted that a user is under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to terminate the account, block access, and remove any associated content/information. You may email concerns to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
SECTION 2: HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
When we ask you for information anywhere in the Site, its purpose is clearly made known before you complete the form. We will use this information in the way it is described when you provided the information. In addition, we may use your order information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and (when authorized by you), provide you with additional information or advertising related to our products or services. We use automatically collected information, including your IP address, to help us screen for potential risk or fraud, to help us improve the user experience and optimize our Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns, including behavioral advertising.
SECTION 3: HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We DO NOT share your information with 3rd party marketing companies who would contact you or directly solicit you (direct marketing companies). We do share your information with trusted 3rd party service providers who help us fulfill orders, analyze the site, place targeted ads on the site (done via anonymized data), or who help us manage email offerings. As necessary, we will share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations – such as responding to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.
SECTION 4: HOW YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION
You have the option of declining any offers or information we may send to you by not opting-in to the offers in the first place. In addition, most emails we send you will have an opt-out link to unsubscribe. If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete inaccurate data, contact us at email@example.com. You must include a detailed description of your request. There are certain cases where we will not be able to delete your information and will retain it in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
SECTION 5: HOW WE SECURE AND SAFEGUARD YOUR INFORMATION
We use the most current security protocols available to keep your information safe, including 256 bit SSL encryption technology on every page of our site and on every order. You should notice the padlock icon and https:// in your browser’s address bar while on any page within our site. This indicates that the page is secure. However, you understand that some information (not including credit card information) may transfer unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is ALWAYS encrypted. Your credit card information is sent through secured, encrypted payment gateways to our merchant services provider (credit card processor). Your credit card data is not stored on our site in any format, even encrypted.

Other personal data we may collect and blog terms
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Our contact forms collect your name and email address. We use this information to respond to your requests. We may also use this information to follow-up with you regarding your requests or to send offers selected for you. Any marketing email from us will make it easy to unsubscribe and take your name off the list.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
