Depending on how you use the Site, we collect three types of information about you:

SECTION 2: HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
When we ask you for information anywhere in the Site, its purpose is clearly made known before you complete the form. We will use this information in the way it is described when you provided the information. In addition, we may use your order information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and (when authorized by you), provide you with additional information or advertising related to our products or services. We DO NOT share your information with 3rd party marketing companies who would contact you or directly solicit you (direct marketing companies). We do share your information with trusted 3rd party service providers who help us fulfill orders, analyze the site, place targeted ads on the site (done via anonymized data), or who help us manage email offerings. You should notice the padlock icon and https:// in your browser’s address bar while on any page within our site. This indicates that the page is secure. However, you understand that some information (not including credit card information) may transfer unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is ALWAYS encrypted. Your credit card information is sent through secured, encrypted payment gateways to our merchant services provider (credit card processor). Your credit card data is not stored on our site in any format, even encrypted.

Information Location and Governing Law

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Other personal data we may collect and blog terms
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Our contact forms collect your name and email address. We use this information to respond to your requests. We may also use this information to follow-up with you regarding your requests or to send offers selected for you. We dislike spam as much as you do and will never share your information with third party marketing companies. Any marketing email from us will make it easy to unsubscribe and take your name off the list.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
