My 3 Guiding Principles

  • Learner Focus: If it doesn’t improve job performance and job satisfaction, there’s no point. Learning tools should be 100% relevant and available anytime, anywhere, on any device.
  • Strong Partnerships: Partnering with leaders up and down the organization is vital, including learning how their departments operate and gaining insights into what drives them.
  • Speed and Agility: I and my L&D team must be able to adapt and change in the moment, identifying interventions that can be immediately executed in the midst of an ever-changing business environment.
